LUMEN Device Chargers

I discovered that my new Lumen Mini charger didn’t seem to be working correctly. It persistently showed red/blue. I reached out to support and between us we tried multiple different tests to conclude it was indeed a faulty charger. Support sent me a replacement which arrived quickly & works fine.
Support were great throughout the diagnosis process and helped me get to a resolution quickly. Also while I was waiting for the replacement to arrive they helped me find an alternative method to charge the Mini. Brilliant !

It is small, does what it should do. I am happy with it.
